Join the Houston City College Drama Department for Stepping Out of the Limelight as a Director, a hands-on workshop exploring the role of the director in bringing a theatrical production to life.
Discover what happens beyond the spotlight as you explore the creative and collaborative decisions directors make when working with actors, scenes, and productions. This workshop offers students an opportunity to experience the directing process and consider how a director shapes a story for the stage.
No previous theatre, drama, acting, or directing experience is required. All HCC students are welcome to participate and learn.
