CE Drama | Macbeth in a Bookshop | by Shakespeare & the HCC Central Devising Ensemble
HCC Central | The Mers Stage in Theatre One
Thursday, Friday, Monday | April 11th-12th & 15th | 7:30pm
Saturday, April 13th | 2:00pm
Description: While waiting in line for a book-signing event at Quill to QWERTY: New, Used, and Time Travel Books, a group of customers and employees decide to perform the book's most famous work of crossover fanfiction (Macbeth!) to pass the time.
King James (the author) may be running late to the event, but in the process of exploring Shakespeare's tragic masterpiece, perhaps our ensemble learns that the real King James was the friends they made along the way.
