The Recreational Sport Department at HCC is hosting a T-shirt design competition and we are calling all Eagles to participate. We appreciate your creativity to design a T-shirt that will represent and speak true to the spirit of the department. Below are the guidelines of the competition:
Who Can Enter: All currently enrolled HCC students, regardless of major.
Deadline: Friday, May 3, 2024, 11:59 pm
Design Suggestions: Consider using some of the following elements in your design idea.
- Rec Sports
- Images/drawings related to sports, fitness, or wellness.
Design Rules:
- A painting or digital design of the T-shirt is accepted. Be creative.
- Up to 3 colors and 1 location (front or back).

- You are welcome to use apps such as: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator to create your T-Shirt Design
- Every effort will be made to keep the integrity of the idea/design, but there may be a need for small changes to meet the college’s requirements.
Submission Rules: All entries are to be submitted using the Online Submission Form.
- Upload your design in these following forms: a JPEG, PNG, OR PDF.
- You may submit up to two designs per entry.
- A short description of what your design is about is also highly encouraged.
Awards:
- Top 3 designs will receive a gift card prize (1st Place = $75, 2nd Place = $50, 3rd Place = $25).
- Top 3 best designs will be recognized at our Recreational Award Ceremony on May 21st and on social media.
- The winner will have your design printed on Recreational Sports T-Shirts for 2024-2025 Academic Year.
Judging: Submissions will be voted on my HCC faculty, staff, and students.
