The Capital One Small Business Digital Training Program is a beginner-level training series designed to support family-owned and Veteran-owned small businesses in building practical digital skills for business growth.
This hands-on program follows a Tool-Based Applied Learning Model, helping participants learn essential digital tools and apply them directly to their business operations.
Each session focuses on practical application, ensuring participants leave with real business deliverables they can immediately use.
Phase 1 – Digital Toolkit Foundations
Participants begin by developing foundational digital confidence through guided instruction in practical tools and workflows.
