Come treat yourself on National Self Care Day. Join Occupational Therapy Association in fun activities while learning about their program. Peers Against Tobacco will be there along with Respiratory Therapy who will be speaking about the hazards of tobacco use and displaying their non-smoker and smoker lungs. Grab a snack, smell the essential oils, play some games, color awhile.
