Description: Loosely based on the office of Harvey Weinstein, Assistance shows the daily in's and out's and up's and down's of administrative assistants who give their lives over to the whims of their boss. Toxic work environments, co-dependent relationships, inter-office affairs, and self-sabotage all take place onstage in this dramatic comedy.
This performance contains crude language and adult themes.
Not recommended for those under 16.
Playwrights Horizons, Inc., New York City, produced the New York City Premiere of ASSISTANCE Off-Broadway in 2012. ASSISTANCE received its World Premiere by the IAMA Theatre Company, Los Angeles, CA in 2008. This performance is presented by permission of Dramatists Play Service.
