Participants will explore the benefits of homegrown produce and gain a basic overview of nutrition, including how fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, and greens contribute to brain function, healthy skin, and heart health. The session will also feature a visual plate preparation demonstration using herbs and leafy greens grown through hydroponic systems, offering practical ideas for incorporating nutritious, sustainable foods into everyday meals.

Participants wil be guided through simple breathwork techniques, gentle stretches, and an introduction to sound bath practices designed to help relax the mind and body. This restorative experience focuses on releasing tension, supporting nervous system regulation, and promoting overall well-being through mindful movement and sound. Perfect for all experience levels, this session offers practical techniques attendees can incorporate into their daily routines to reduce stress and restore balance.
