Overview
Join us for “The Coleman Experience,” a wellness-focused in-service designed to support the overall well-being of faculty and staff through interactive learning and self-care experiences. Centered on the themes of mindfulness, fitness, psychological safety, and personal wellness, the event encourages participants to prioritize their mental, emotional, and physical health both in and outside the workplace.
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in engaging breakout sessions covering topics such as stress reduction, anxiety management, breathing techniques, yoga, healthy eating, and the benefits of self-care. Through these sessions, participants will gain practical tools and strategies to help them reset through mindfulness and stress relief, recharge through movement and energy-building activities, and rejuvenate through relaxation and restorative self-care practices.
