All classes are FREE and open to students, faculty and staff.
Cardio Conditioning is a high-intensity, cardio-focused class designed to improve endurance, power, and overall fitness. Most sessions will feature HIIT-style workouts using intervals and full-body movements. On the last week of each month, class may incorporate a dance-based cardio format while maintaining a strong cardiovascular training focus.
Mindful Motion is a mind–body movement class designed to enhance flexibility, mobility, and physical awareness. Sessions will vary throughout the semester and may include yoga, dynamic stretching, and mobility-focused exercises, with an emphasis on breath, alignment, and sustainable movement practices.
