To ensure the safety, well‑being, and compliance of all participants, Houston City College requires that all parents or legal guardians of minors complete the Minors on Campus packet prior to their child’s participation in any Northeast Summer Camp program.
The Minors on Campus packet includes required forms such as consent and authorization documents, emergency contact information, medical disclosures, waivers, and acknowledgments related to safety protocols and supervision. Completion of these forms allows Houston City College to maintain a secure environment and comply with institutional policies, state regulations, and risk‑management requirements.
Action Required
Parents or legal guardians must:
Complete all required forms in the Minors on Campus packet in full
Ensure all information is accurate and legible
Submit the completed packet electronically
Submission Instructions
Once completed, please email the entire Minors on Campus packet to:
ne.summercamps@hccs.edu
To avoid delays, please include the student’s full name and the name of the summer camp program in the email subject line.
Important Notice
Your child will not be permitted to participate in the summer camp until all required documentation has been received and approved. Early submission is strongly encouraged to allow sufficient time for review and processing.
