- Mahjong Beginner Level will consist of three 3-hour classes
- Introduction to the Mahjong set: learning and recognizing different suits/symbols and winds/characters
- Understanding basic rules, game structure, and how to build a winning hand
- Learning essential terminology such as "chow," "pung," "kong," and when to call "mahjong-hou"
- Guided mock game session with in-class coaching by practicing building tile walls, rotating “host” after a win, and scoring basics
