Important information

To honor the integrity of the multi-course meal, we do not offer to-go containers or take-out options. This policy ensures students can focus on proper plating and service techniques. We appreciate your understanding and support in fostering an enriching learining environment for our culinary students.
Each Ticket purchased will allow entrance of one person into the event. Anyone not possessing a ticket, will not gain entrance to the event, and no refund will be issued.
Purchase of tickets to each event will end at 6:00am, on the day of the event.
Any patron arriving more than 20 minutes late may miss out on at least one course, without a refund of any kind. Anyone arriving more than 40 minutes late may be refused service for the event, without a refund.
Reservations can only be used for the date and time purchased. Tickets cannot be honored on any other day or time, and no refunds will be given.
Payment may be made online using a credit or debit card.
Tickets may also be purchased with cash, in advance, at the HCC Central Business Office. Regardless of type of payment, no refund will be given for no-shows.

Tickets purchased with cash can be paid at the HCC Central Business Office* prior to the event.
Entrance to the event will only be granted when the reservations is listed as paid.
Regardless of type of payment, no refund will be given for no-shows.
No Refunds will be offered for cancellations within 48 hours of event.
If you have paid for a reservation and need to cancel more than 48 hours in advance, email Chef Christy Sykes at christy.sykes@hccs.edu to set up reimbursement arrangements. Please note: Amount of time reimbursement takes depends on your financial institution.
