HCC Alumni Affairs invites students and alumni to the HCC Classroom to Career Success Series - Entrepreneurship and Innovation for the 21st Century which will be taking place 10am - 1pm on Wednesday, February 19th at the HCC West Loop Campus in Auditorium 101.
Have you ever dreamed of becoming your own boss? Join us for a dynamic panel discussion featuring successful HCC alumni entrepreneurs! Learn how to identify and capitalize on unique business opportunities, build a powerful brand and develop strategies to grow and scale a thrivng enterprise. Gain invaluable insights, connect with fellow aspiring entrepreneurs and get inspired to turn your dreams into reality.
At this entrepreneurial seminar, students and alumni alike will be able to connect, ask questions and learn what it takes in the real-world to launch and scale a successful business and craft brand recognition from three successful HCC Alumni:
- Flor Dimassi is the CEO of GlobalSpeaks Translations, a Houston-based global company that translates and interprets technical projects into popular languages.
- Khara Breeden is the CEO of TX Forensic Nurse Examiners, a multi-location 24/7 service center offering compassionate victim services for all survivors of violence across Texas.
- Igor Lucic is the Co-founder/Technical Director of Emergent & Co., an organized collective of authentic creators, spaces, programs and ideas.
Students and alumni who attend all three seminars will receive a prize from the HCC Alumni Association at the final seminar on April 15, 2025.
