BUILD-OUT & SETUP

Date: Thursday, December 3, 2026
Arrival & Duties: If selected, check in with your team lead for your shift time and setup details.

CEREMONY DAY

Date: Friday, December 4, 2026
Morning Ceremony: 9:00 AM (Confirm arrival time with your team lead)
Afternoon Ceremony: 2:00 PM (Confirm arrival time with your team lead)

PARKING & ARRIVAL

Venue Address: Reliant Arena | 8600 Fannin St, Houston, TX 77054
Lot Entrance: Enter via Gate 4 at the corner of Fannin St. and Holly Hall St. to access the Maroon Lot.
Setup Day Parking: Free access—simply inform the gate attendant you are with the HCC team.
Ceremony Day Parking: Selected event staff receive a complimentary parking pass, distributed via your team lead. Please park on the right side of the Maroon Lot.

RELIANT PARK SAFETY POLICY

For the safety of all patrons and staff, Reliant Park enforces a strict prohibited items policy. Entry will be refused for items including, but not limited to:

All weapons and firearms (including handguns)
Air horns and noisemakers
Video recorders, audio recorders, professional camera equipment, and flash photography
