Central Diabetes Awareness and Health Fair

Join us for the first-ever Diabetes Awareness Health and Wellness Fair hosted by Central Rec Sports! On Tuesday, February 25th, from 11 AM to 2 PM in the WW Harmon Bldg, Room 100, you’ll have the opportunity to gain valuable health insights and resources. The Harris County Health Department will be on-site offering diabetes risk assessments, nutritional guidance, and fitness demonstrations to help you live a healthier life through diet and exercise. The Ibn Sina Foundation will provide free blood pressure and sugar screenings, and Rec Sports will offer food and exciting giveaways to all participants.
