An In-Depth Leadership Experience for Veterans and Veteran Family Members

The Veterans Leadership Academy is an in-depth experience for veterans and veteran family members focused on personal development and on developing and enhancing leadership skills that apply to every aspect of life—at home, at work, and in the community.

This interactive course includes:

• Personality assessments

• Emotional intelligence competencies

• Leadership styles

• Strategic thinking

• Communication skills

• Conflict resolution

Participants will gain practical tools and insights designed to strengthen self-awareness, decision-making, and effective leadership in real-world situations.
