Learn how to use leading AI tools—Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT—to strengthen your business plan, improve financial clarity, and make smarter decisions.

Across four hands-on sessions, you’ll evaluate your business plan, analyze financials, build forecasts, test scenarios, manage cash flow, and prepare for funding. By the end, you’ll have a complete, AI-supported financial management system tailored to your business.

What to expect:

  • Review and validate your business plan using AI
  • Build clear financial summaries and key metrics
  • Create 12-month forecasts with multiple scenarios
  • Develop cash flow projections and capital readiness materials
  • Set up automated, AI-driven financial workflows

Who should attend: Entrepreneurs ready to turn their business plan and financials into a practical, data-driven strategy.

Session Schedule

  • May 14 (In Person) - Evaluate the Business Plan + Establish Financial Visibility with AI 
    Participants verify or rebuild the financial logic of their business plan and generate an AI‑supported snapshot of their financial health. 
  • May 21 (Zoom) - Forecasting, Pricing, and Scenario Modeling with AI
    Participants build a 12‑month forecast with multiple scenarios. 
  • May 28 (Zoom) - Benchmarking, Cash Flow, and Capital Readiness
    Participants benchmark their business and build a cash‑flow‑ready plan. 
  • June 4 (Zoom) - Long‑Term Financial Management + Automation
    Participants leave with a personalized, AI‑supported financial management system.
