Shenesse Britton, M.ED
Shenesse Britton is a Division Chair for Consumer Arts & Sciences Workforce Program at Houston Community College. She has a Masters of Education in Supervision and Adult Education from University of Houston-Victoria and a Bachelor of Science from College of Biblical Studies. Shenesse brings a wealth of knowledge with 25+ years in the beauty industry as a license mastered stylist. Shenesse has won the Maven Award for her knowledge in the beauty industry as well as the Program Coordinator Leadership Award at Houston Community College. Ms. Britton understand the importance of education and she encourage students who enter the cosmetology program to obtain their degree. Her hobbies are traveling, dancing and spending time with her family.
Dr. Alissa de Jongh, N.D., M.I.W.M.
Dr. Alissa de Jongh, ND is an international wellness expert on a mission to help the world discover their Glowing Skin from Within. Her experience in the world of business and beauty spans over a thirty two year career. Dr. de Jongh is a Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor, Member of the American Naturopathic Medical Association, CIDESCO Diplomat, and a Professor of Facial Esthetics for Houston Community College. In addition to teaching in the beauty industry she has a private practice where she uses skin therapies such as lasers combined with holistic medicine to help her clients discover optimal wellness secrets through a mind/body/soul perspective. Dr. de Jongh completed her undergraduate and postgraduate studies at Houston Community College, Lamar University, and American College of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine. Dr. de Jongh is the founder of Glace' Skin Therapy product line, and host of The Glow Therapy Podcast where she continues her mission of helping the world get Glowing Skin from Within.
Edward Sanchez
Edward Sanchez is Houston’s' Celebrity Makeup Artist, Brow Guru, and Hair Expert. Edward's clients include Houston’s Elite as well as Hollywood Celebrities. He has also been privileged to do makeup on five Presidents of the United States over a 25-year period. Edwards’s talents have earned him awards and recognitions from Vogue Magazine which has dubbed him the "Brow Whisperer." He also received the coveted "Best of the Best" from ALLURE Magazine, not one, but three years in a row. There have also been honors from Marie Claire, The Knot, Vanity Fair, Glamour, and Eyelash Magazines. He professionally has worked closely with salon powerhouses such as Jose Ehber, Ceron, Michael Canale, just to name a few.
