This fun-filled workshop is open to high school students and their parents who are passionate about STEM and learning about AI. Parents, come learn with your kids! Over three consecutive Saturdays, participants will explore technologies and career paths in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics.

Presented by Houston City College Digital and Information Technology Center of Excellence, this workshop is free to participants and includes daily lunch and snacks.

Be sure to register and submit your forms by Sunday 11/2/2025 to get you situated ahead of time.

We are prioritizing parent/ highschool student pairs. All adults that register from 10/24/25 are on a wait list.

LEARNING TOPICS

The workshop covers generative AI essentials, large language models, and practical skills and tools

 

WHY IT MATTERS

The workshop offers participants practical, hands-on exposure aligned with AI-900 certification objectives. Through real-world applications, they will build confidence in using Azure AI tools and gain a foundation in AI principles, ethics, and future-ready skills.
