Commencement Ceremony Faculty Registration Fall 2025

Please note the 9:00 am ceremony is full, there is availablity to attend the 2:00 pm ceremony.

FALL 2025 COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY DETAILS:

• Location: NRG Arena  (1 NRG Parkway, Houston, TX 77054)
• Date: Wednesday, December 10, 2025
• AM Ceremony Time: 9:00 a.m.  
• PM Ceremony Time: 2:00 p.m.
• Arrival Time: 1.5 hours before your ceremony time

Important Deadline Information

• Register by 11:59 pm, Wednesday, November 12, 2025
• Order regalia by 11:59 pm, Wednesday, Novermber 12, 2025 (regalia is required to participate in the processional)

Faculty should direct any questions to Darin Baskin and copy Shannah Hamilton. All other individuals should reach out to their team lead.
