Discover Your Voice Through Podcasting
Eagle Spark invites the community to join us for a free, hands-on podcasting workshop at HCC's West Loop Campus.
Visit us Saturday September 19, from 9am - 5pm, and experience some of the engaging activities featured in our Podcasting course and Eagle Spark workshops. Whether you have a story to tell, a passion to share, or simply want to learn about digital media, this interactive workshop will introduce you to the exciting world of podcasting. Participants will explore the fundamentals of creating a podcast, from developing ideas and planning content to recording, editing, and sharing their own episodes.
During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Learn the basics of podcast creation and storytelling
- Explore recording techniques using professional equipment and mobile devices
- Practice interviewing and communication skills
- Discover how to edit and enhance audio recordings
- Learn how podcasts are published and shared with audiences around the world
No prior experience is required, and all equipment will be provided. Whether you're interested in sharing personal stories, highlighting community voices, promoting a business, or exploring a future career in media and communications, this workshop offers a welcoming environment to learn, create, and connect.
