Eagle Spark invites the community to join us for a free, hands-on Graphic and Poster Design Workshop at HCC's West Loop Campus.
Visit us Saturday September 26, from 9am - 5pm, and experience some of the engaging activities featured in our Podcasting course and Eagle Spark workshops. Whether you're interested in promoting an event, creating social media content, designing personal projects, or exploring a future in digital design, this interactive workshop will introduce you to the fundamentals of graphic design and visual communication. Participants will learn how to combine creativity and technology to create professional-looking graphics and posters that capture attention and communicate ideas effectively.
During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Learn the basics of graphic design and visual storytelling
- Explore design principles such as color, typography, layout, and composition
- Create digital posters, flyers, and promotional materials
- Use industry-standard design tools and creative apps
- Develop skills for designing content for print, presentations, and social media
No prior experience is required, and all equipment will be provided. Whether you're creating materials for school, work, community events, or personal projects, this workshop offers a welcoming environment to learn new skills and express your creativity.
