Parent/Guardian Consent for Use of Student Name and/or Photograph By selecting I consent, I the parent/legal guardian of the student named in this registration, hereby give permission to Houston City College and Scripps National Spelling  Bee to use my child's name, photograph, video, likeness, and/or work for promotional, educational, marketing and press release purposes.

This permission includes, but is not limited to, use in printed publications, websites and social media platforms, news releases and media coverage, and marketing or promotional materials.

I understand that these materials may be used without compensation and may be distributed in both print and digital formats. I also understand that once information is shared publicly, Houston City College and Scripps National Spelling Bee cannot guarantee control over its future use.

This consent remains in effect unless revoked in writing.
