Please understand that any registrant attending this financial wokshop as a prerequisite for applying to the 2026 HCC Business Plan Competition must be present in the workshop for at least 2 hours between 10:30pm - 1:00pm for this 2.5 hour workshop to fulfil this requirement.

Featured Presenter: David Regenbaum, MBA, Entrepreneur in Residence, HCC Center for Entrepreneurship
Prior to his arrival in the U.S.A., David Regenbaum practiced as an attorney in Johannesburg, South Africa. During 1979, David relocated to Houston, Texas and established Association Management, Inc. (AMI). While CEO of AMI, he also served as President of the Community Associations Institute and Dean of it's Education Committee. In 2014, Regenbaum sold AMI to FirstService Residential.
Since his retirement, Regenbaum commenced his encore career and serves on the faculty for Golman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program administered by Houston City College; as the Entrepreneur in Residence for the Centers for Entrepreneurship at Houston City College; and served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Houston City College Foundation.
