Do you have a business plan? Do you need help creating or updating your business plan?

A plan is essential whether you're pivoting your existing business model due to the implications of the pandemic, expanding your current business, or just starting out. In this interactive workshop, you will be introduced to a planning tool that will allow you to quickly identify potential customers, identify opportunities and needs in evolving markets, and begin the process of developing a clear and concise value proposition that will set you apart.

In this workshop with Karen Sharp, you will learn how to create your own Business Model Canvas by breaking your business model down into easily understood segments:

  • Key Partners
  • Key Activities
  • Key Resources
  • Value Propositions
  • Customer Relationships
  • Channels
  • Customer Segments
  • Cost Structure
  • Revenue Streams

You will have two opportunities to attend Part 1 of the Business Model Canvas Series:

Location: HCC Administrative Building - 3100 Main St, 2nd floor, Seminar A
