and self-care practices.

Session 2

Discover the benefits of fruits

and vegetables and their role

in reducing blood pressure.

Session 3

Understand ways sodium

plays a role in high blood

pressure and learn tips to

help reduce sodium in the

foods we choose.

Session 4

Learn ways to incorporate

low-fat dairy into the diet and

identify hidden sugar.

Each session includes weekly

goal-setting and activities to

do at home to reinforce the

session objectives.
