About the HCC Culinary Arts Lunches
As part of the HCC Culinary Program, students prepare and serve a set, prix fixe menu each week while enrolled in their A la Carte Cuisine course. These public lunches are offered mid-February through April. This semester, those dates are February 9th – April 27th, with no event on March 16th as the college is closed for Spring Break.
This event ticket is for a Thursday lunch with one seating at 11:30am. Please purchase one ticket per person for the event.

We are located in the Culinary Arts Building at 1401 Alabama Street, Houston, 77004. You may park on the 2nd level of the parking garage, located at 3669 La Branch Street, Houston, 77004.
You may also find street parking and enter through our front entrance on Alabama Street, at Austin Street. (if using GPS, type 3700 Austin Street to guide you to the entrance)
You will see our beautiful glass-walled dining room as you approach.

Tickets for this event are required to ensure we can set our dining room properly for fine dining service and enough food preparation is completed for service.

Please note: We do not offer the meal as a to-go order. This policy allows students to focus on proper plating and service of the multi-course meal.

Reservations

Each Ticket purchased will allow entrance of one person into the event.

When making a reservation, please include any allergy or dietary restriction in the notes section.
Alternate dishes may be available, but will be limited if reservation is made within three (3) days prior to the event.

Purchase of tickets to each event will end at 6:00am, on the day of the event.

Reservations for any one party are limited to 8, unless permission has been given by Chef Musico. Email him at andrew.musico@hccs.edu if you would like to reserve a larger table. Larger parties may be seated at different, adjacent tables, to allow for best service by our students.
 

Late Arrivals

Due to the time contraints of the class, any patron arriving more than 20 minutes late may miss out on at least one course, without a refund of any kind.
Anyone arriving more than 40 minutes late may be refused service for the event, without a refund.

Pricing

The cost of each lunch is $20.00 per person.

Reservations can only be used for the date and time purchased. Tickets cannot be honored on any other day or time, and no refunds will be given.
Proceeds from this event support our students.

Payment

Payment may be made online using a credit or debit card. This is the preferred method.
Tickets may also be purchased with cash, in advance, at the HCC Central Business Office.
Regardless of type of payment, no refund will be given for no-shows
