About the HCC Culinary Arts Lunches
As part of the HCC Culinary Program, students prepare and serve a set, prix fixe menu each week while enrolled in their A la Carte Cuisine course. These public lunches are offered mid-February through April. This semester, those dates are February 9th – April 27th, with no event on March 16th as the college is closed for Spring Break.
This event ticket is for a Thursday lunch with one seating at 11:30am. Please purchase one ticket per person for the event.
Proceeds from this event support our students.
We are located in the Culinary Arts Building at 1401 Alabama Street, Houston, 77004. You may park on the 2nd level of the parking garage, located at 3669 La Branch Street, Houston, 77004.
You may also find street parking and enter through our front entrance on Alabama Street, at Austin Street. (if using GPS, type 3700 Austin Street to guide you to the entrance)
You will see our beautiful glass-walled dining room as you approach.
Tickets for this event are required to ensure we can set our dining room properly for fine dining service and enough food preparation is completed for service.
Please note: We do not offer the meal as a to-go order. This policy allows students to focus on proper plating and service of the multi-course meal.
