Greets attendees upon arrival, confirms registration, distributes name badges and materials, and provides directions to seminar sessions. Serves as the first point of contact and helps create a welcoming, organized start to the Student Success Seminar.

Supports activities in the main ballroom during the Student Success Seminar by assisting with seating, distributing materials, monitoring time, and helping speakers as needed. Ensures the space remains organized, welcoming, and ready for keynote sessions or large-group presentations.

Provides flexible support throughout the theater space during the Student Success Seminar. Assists with seating, transitions between sessions, guest questions, speaker needs, and general troubleshooting. Moves where needed to ensure sessions run smoothly and attendees have a positive experience.

Assists with participant sign-in, verifies registration information, prepares name badges and materials, and answers basic event questions. Helps ensure an organized, efficient, and welcoming start to the Student Success Seminar.
